Over the years AarMarks had developed GDPR aligned processes wherein it protects the consumer data by setting stringent rules on how we process, gather and protect individual data. We have tried to cover all channels of communications with data subjects. As a Data processor and our business model, the B2B portion of the GDPR law applies to us. AarMarks uses electronic communications exclusively to other businesses, it falls under the GDPR consent definition of "Legitimate Interest" in Article 6.1(f) of the GDPR law.
To fulfill the Compliance of General Data Protection Regulation laws, AarMarks Media processes data for B2B communications and all marketing programs are for business purposes only. AarMarks Media maintains business data on EU citizens limited to only that which is minimally necessary for the specified purpose of business-to-business marketing. Our sole aim is to connect with the business and not any individual. We do not perform any marketing campaigns for personal consumer-targeted marketing.

Disclosure of personal data collected, sold or disclosed for a business purpose regarding a consumer (this also includes informing consumers about the categories of personal data collected and the purposes for which their personal data will be used).
Non-discrimination against a consumer who exercises his or her CCPA rights (a sentiment that runs the proverbial gamut from pricing and quality to service levels and beyond).
